Malaika Children’s Friends has released its 2023 Annual Report, highlighting a year of remarkable milestones in its mission to support vulnerable children.
The report celebrates key successes, including one university graduation and five high school completions. The organization reunited two children with their families and welcomed three new residents during the summer.
Thanks to generous donations, Malaika exceeded its operational needs and completed a new candle-making facility, allowing us to cover three staff members’ wages. Additionally, the center’s food production continues to grow, expanding cultivated land for sustainability.
