Two girls who have been hosted in Malaika in the past came to visit. They now live again with their family away from Arusha, and it had been several months since we had seen each other in person.
During their visit, they also gave us good news: they would like to continue their studies for Form 5 and 6, which are only in the city, so it will be easier to meet again frequently.
For girls, continuing studies beyond the basic years is still an exception, so we were very happy with their choice.
