Malaika’s garden harvest has been especially lush this month. Thanks to the warm weather and rainwater supplies, fruit and vegetable production in Malaika is active year-round. There are tomato, bell pepper, eggplant plants, and fruit trees such as mango, papaya, and avocado. Having a vegetable garden within Malaika allows children and youth to always have the freshest vegetables and fruits and also, during school vacations, learn how to take care of a vegetable garden and discover the secrets of cultivation together with our gardener.
